Do I need valet parking? 

 

Valet parking service is a luxury, not a necessity. However, with so many parking restrictions and congested streets, your guests will be very happy that you have hired a valet service. Sure, your guests would eventually find a parking spot, walk to your home and find their way to your party but why not make their entrance to your event both easy and special? By providing valet service you are telling your guests that their comfort and well-being are important to you. 

 

 

How many Valet attendants will I need? 

 

The amount of valet attendants needed is dependent on multiple factors; the expected number of guests, length of the event, distance from venue to the parking lot, etc... Please contact us for an accurate quote.

 

 

How much should we expect to pay for valet parking services? 

 

Our services are normally billed at a flat hourly rate per valet attendant. Our current rate depends on how many valets you need as well as how long you need them for. Please contact us to get an accurate quote.

 

 

 

What if my event runs over the scheduled time? 

 

If for any reason you should exceed the service contract end time, you are billed in 15-minute increments at the overage rate set forth in your contract. 

 

 

What type of uniform does your staff wear?

 

Our team is dressed in high-end professional performance wear; light yellow polo shirts and khaki slacks or shorts.

 

 

Do you perform background checks on your employees? 

 

Before any employees are hired we not only run a criminal background check but also check their driving record. Any prospective employee which has any previous criminal activity is excluded from applying. Additionally, all employees must have two or less moving violations within the last three years to be considered for employment.

 

 

What type of insurance is required? 

 

Via Valet LLC is fully insured and carries both Garage Keepers and General Liability insurance policies. These provide coverage for vehicles damaged while in our custody and against liability incurred by our valet service.
